Wondering if some1 can help me I am shoppin around for some swap parts for my 2g gst but I just found out that there is a 1g in a junkyard nearby, will a manual from a 1g fit in a 2g? pedals master cylander n everything? What can be interchanged? What cant? Thanks for your help.

I am really sure that most part won't fit at all. You can't swap 1G Tranny parts in the 2G. The best thing to do is get a shot 2G shell and swap parts...
You will need:
-Tranny
-Shift cable
-Peadl Assembly (Clutch, and break?)
-The clutch line.
-ECU module for the tranny.
-some miscelaneous parts....
-MONEY AND a DD car...

Any one else, feel free to post more info or correct me.

dont need any ecu module and you dont need tcu at all and no just find 2g parts be so much less hasle

you need

tranny
flywheel
clutch kit
master+ slave cylinder
Pedal assembly
hydraulic lines
tranny brackets from a manual
shifter cables
shifter itself
and some random small things + fluids

Do you guys think that I could use parts for this conversion from a Lancer EVO3(shiftercables,pedals etc) when I am doing this on my 97 Eclipse GST?
