Not sure but i believe the pins should be the same. Do you have the same ecu still on the car or did you swap it out to a manual ecu ?

I kept my auto ECU when I did the swap. To my knowledge and according to vfaq, there isn't such thing as an auto and manual ECU.

The 2g turbo cars have the same injectors and turbo so, the ecu's are the same. The 1g turbo's have both an auto and a manual ecu. The 1g's have different turbo's from the factory as well as different fuel injectors and fpr's. The auto ecu supports the 390cc injectors and the manual ecu supports the 450cc fuel injectors.

A 1g auto ecu can be used in a manual car but it won't run perfect unless the injectors and fpr is swapped to match the ecu.
