Marietta Checking in. New to this forum and 4 cylinders but not to the DSM world. Use to own a 01 8G Galant but totaled it in a wreck. I've had my 95 2G Eclipse for three months now and warming up to my 420A quite well. It's not in the state I would have liked it to have been but with the previous experience from the 8G I've quickly brought it back up to a decent mechanical state to where I'm ready to start dumping my life into it . Now that I've gotten the maintenance up to date I think its ready to be properly and tastefully modified.

Have you found a reliable shop in the Marietta or ATL area ? Thx Mc

Out here in Woodstock 97 GST all internals and externals rebuilt, rebuilt tranny... just broke in the engine at 12,000 miles... currently in garage, waiting for me to wrap her and fix third gear cable...

Nice! Wish you were a tad bit closer, so i could hit you up for some mod and maintenance advice. Any shops you recommend when rebuilding or tuning?

Hey! Everyone asks about a shop that works on DSMs. In 2019 I had Controlled Motors in Alpharetta do an Evo ecu swap and base tune. Great guys, very professional and knowledgeable.

Good to know. I need EMS on my and a reputable shop to tune. Currently only have S-AFC. But don’t have the sufficient gauges to mess with it too much.

I had a DSMlink, but I had a capacitor fail on the board. The new Evo ecu is very cool- very easy to live with and emissions-friendly. It’s like a mini-stand Aline in its features, which I have t even begun to play with.You should think about doing the conversion.
