GTech for dyno results

I won't bother going to a dyno place. I can datalog knock, timing, wideband O2 readings and plot my results using the G Tech Competition Pro. If I were to visit a dyno place after tuning, what more could they offer? My tuning method would compensate for real world things such as wind drag, real intercooler cooling, etc.
