need the spec to torque my head studs and main studs both are used if it matters

Go on the arp website and put in the part number and they will tell you. Also it differs if you use arp lube or motor oil.

Both specs are inceredibly easy to find when searching here. Please use the search before posting from now on.

With that being said, we cannot give you specs unless we know which stud material you have, stud diameter, and which lubricant you're using.

Also, ARP includes torque specs on a little sheet of paper inside the box of every stud set that they sell.
