Head studs (or really any engine hardware) have nothing to do with what fuel you can run.

U can run e85 even on stock studs. The hardware does not have anything to do with fuel. It has to do with boost and how much u can run without lifting your head.

Fuel type has no effect on what type of head studs can be run, although a car can be tuned much more aggresively on e85 vs regular gas, which results in more cylinder pressure, which arp head studs are better at holding than stock head bolts.
