ARP L19 torque?

hi there
just installed a new OEM MLS headgasket with ARP L19 headstuds i am planning to run about 30 psi boost.

I torqued them to 90ft/lbs am I ok or do I have to torque them to a higher value?

That's fine. I have them in my car as well running the same boost torqued to 90.
My machine shop recommended anywhere from 88-100ft/lbs

You don’t want to torque them much more than that without insert washers. With regular washers you’ll just push them into the head.

For 6 bolt use arp200-8574
There's a slightly smaller one that's better suited for the 11mm 7 bolt studs but I'm not sure of that part number.

I’ve used ARP and the TMZ inserts. They both work.
