well...... After getting the timing fixed and it still makes noise.... at first we thought it was something in the lower end, but upon further review my godda$$ flywheel somehow loosened up so there is a little bit of play...... so now i get to drop the tranny :barf:.

My car will not be there this Saturday, but i will be :thumb:

I wish I could find a gsx that I could do a trade on!! Oh and does any have a 1g bov that I can buy from them?

Stick with atleast one stock fan, and have the other the slim one.

Agreed. Keep the stock main fan and then shove the slim fan on the front of the radiator as a push fan. It'll work wonders for you.

So are you relocating the stock fan to the condensor side? I am going to have to replace the condensor fan because it is melted.

To be honest Im not even sure the radiator fan is the stock fan but the blades are touching the j-pipe still.

I have a fluidyne radaitor btw.

Also attached some pics showing the short route with the fuse box location.

The radiator fan is definitely not a stock on off a trubo car as I'm sure you've figured out. I have the AC fan in its stock place with plenty of clearance with a slim line in the place of the radiator fan, and fixing to put a pusher in the front.

That fan looks stock to me. It's the angle of the J pipe. You're going to have to switch to something slimmer but moves more air. Get a good set of slim lines and possibly a fan shroud if you have the room.

Snapped a quick picture of the car yesterday

Thats nice, I have always liked the white tallon. I actually remember test driving one back when they were new.

Well I woke up last night with a idea ( I actually do that a lot ) about the fans. So I tried moving the AC fan to the other side to see how it fits.

It clears the pipe, so now Im thinking all I need is two AC fans on the back side and maybe a pusher on the front if it runs warm.

So..... Anyone have A/C fans they are not using? looks like I am going to need 2 of them.

So james, You interested in a newer WS6? ;) I know you like large engines.

Ok so to everybody who is going be at the meet tomorrow we are going meet up in the Clinton Library parking lot tomorrow at 12. If you need any detail just text me most of you have my number.

Sure wish I could make it. Sadly I have to work most of the day tomorrow.

Make sure to share pictures.

It's not a legitimate WS6 - yet. Was a basic 97' formula. The LT1 was worked over a little and rebuilt then mated with a T56 trans, traction bars, and regeared. The Butt-dyno is impressed with her and who can really not enjoy a 6 speed bird? Haha. :) She's clean as hell also. Black on Black on Black. Lol.
