Went for a drive a few minutes ago... Crazy ass vibration came on around 115-120 and climbing (Clearly I was in mexico) Thought it was the drive-shaft at first but once I finally got the car stopped the front pass wheel was wanting to come off. Three of the four lugs I could turn by hand. LAST TIME I EVER let a shop put my wheels back on after balancing them.

I've been in so many cars the wheel came off... Worst was a 323 protege, dropped really hard to the right and my wheel passed me doing 40... Only thing that came to mind was "That cant be good."

^ yep, learned that a GM FWD rim will not fit a 73 gran Torino properly. Especially when you shear all the studs off of it.

So... Boost goes down until I have a seat that will hold me properly... Problem with going back to the dsm after a few years of drifting an s13... gotta go sideways a little, that's where you find a weakness. haha

On a side note while the boost goes down, so does the weight!

QUOTE=TalonSpeed;153364088]I watched that video last night. Seems simple, but it doesn't talk about reinstalling the T-Belt and lining that up.[/QUOTE]

Timing Belt VFAQ

So took leaky out for a spin last night not too bad, def need a BLT other issues seems maybe my fans arent turning on and vacuum leak car idle drops after boost, and clutch still isnt right.

^ Removal is easy, any monkey can pull apart an engine... reinstalling properly is the important part of that fun job. Althought if true to what he said in the video, It's good to note the order of removal for the cam caps.

I like this method. I dont plan on doing a T-belt job. My belts are good. just want a quick and easy cam swap. Seems simple, always good to have a second set of eyes.

I do believe they are labeled. I always liked how organized jafro is with his stuff make me feel bad about my stuff LOL

If anyones got a source on a 2.4l block let me know.id be ok with just the barblock but to have a crank along with it would be nice too.

That sucks, I had that happen so much in my old 240sx I kept a fuel pump in the glovebox. Not to say it'll happen to you again, lets hope not anyway.

Just picked up a 86 mr2 as the new drift missile... MR type car will be a challange but fun as hell to play with.

On a side note - I need someone to ride with me next time my junky looking DSM eats a new GT Rustang... Can't hold the phone or camera at the same time, plus is gets crazy light around 130 and i'm not about to run that holding the wheel with one hand.
