Are these pistons bad?

About two weeks ago I purchased these Mahle pistons from another forum member. Here is his post

This is what i got in the mail today. They are obviously not new, and are dented. My question is are they bad or are they useable? Im still in school and saved for weeks just to get these. Thanks guys

Calling them will do nothing.

Everything I said is exactly from their terms and conditions.


Terms and conditions are made to be read.

If you use paypal outside of EBAY for purchases, they only gaurantee that the item will get to you or you will be refunded. ( AKA lost in shipping = refund )

they WILL NOT refund for "not as described" type of transactions. If you bought pistons and he sent you a BRICK, you'd be SOL. They only refund if it was a purchase ON EBAY.

here is what you CAN do. Did the item cost over 250$? WAS THERE SIGNATURE DELIVERY?

if there is NOT signature delivery, claim you never got them, paypal rules state clearly that any item over 250$ must have signature delivery absolutely NO exceptions whatsoever.

Claiming you never got the item is NOT fraud because you DID NOT get what you purchased. the item you bought never came.

EVEN IF YOUR TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT DOES NOT HAVE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, THE SELLER IS OUT OF LUCK AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED.

If there was signature delivery, you're SOL unless he decides to be a nice guy and refund you.

claim you never recieved them, once you get refunded, send them back to him. paypal won't work with you about it and neither will this lame ass loser. There is no F*cking way those pistons were only "idled" they look like they've seen quite a few days down the track for quite a few seasons
