Apexi safc and maf-t and new injectors

I had the apexi with my orginal setup. After the new turbo, refreshed trans i got a gm maf, maf-t, and fic 650s'


How will my settings differ with the maft? And with my new 650cc injectors? (i previously had 550cc's)

i know there are threads that sorta cover it, but its all generic.


I have set my injectors on the maf-t...Should i leave the rest of the dials at base? and just tune with the apexi?

How much will my apexi settings now differ?


Btw- i do have a palm logger with mmcd and i also have a wideband


I just want to get my values sorta close for the intial start up
