Well, I'm not going suggest anything as I have no experience tuning with the SAFC, however, I believe he's asking what settings will be the best to dial his n/t car in at.
 
Distribute the Ne Points across the entire RPM range, let's say from idle to redline. What points to use will depend on how many Ne Points your SAFC allows. The SAFC's have less than the SAFC-II. Leave the Dec-Air alone, since it doesn't do anything for our cars. TPS trigger points should be set a 30% and 80%, Sensor Type should be set as Karmen with the arrow point in the North East direction.

As for the Hi Throttle and Lo Throttle settings, leave them at zero across the entire Ne Point range. Since you aren't running larger injectors, the SAFC won't really do anything for you.
