Anyone ever use this BOV?....I searched a bit and didn't find much about it...I got it free from a friend a while back and it has just been laying around..I was just wondering if it was even worth throwing on...Thanks in advance

:dsm: yes. it's worth throwing on. APEX makes a great BOV. My buddy has it on his A4. The only problem is that you will have to run open atmosphere (meaning that you won't be able to vent back into the intake). it's not exactly good if your concerned performance. However, I run open atmosphere with my HKS and I haven't come across a problem. I know that the turbo doesn't spool up as fast ( we're talking a couple milli-seconds here) and I might run rich in-between shifts, but I'm perfectly fine with the trade-off of scaring the $hit our of anyone around. There are a lot of great people on this site that know a ton of information that can be valuable. Just ask the right questions. Happy Hunting. :dsm:

It's an alright BOV, it's not really made for out cars because you cannot recirculate it. The sound it makes sounds like air brakes, it is not whistley at all. Better for VW's and Scooby's, but if you got it, throw it on... or sell it.
