AP Racing retailers...need rotor replacement.

When I bought the car last year, it came with some slick AP Racing (CP5200 I think) calipers on 330mm discs. However the best part about them is that they were scored all to hell, which means if I want to use them I need new rotors (way too thin to turn) and pads. I've been telling myself since I bought the car that I'm going to replace those parts and haven't had the money until the tax return came in. I called Stillen up for a shocker. $250 for each rotor (c'mon) and $80 for each pair of pads. I understand brake upgrades are pricey, but does anyone know a better retailer than Stillen where I can get a bit of a price break? I've looked around to no avail.

How about just going with some Brembo rotors and some EBC green pads. I know you already have the dual-piston upgrade so I would say that would be your cheapest best bet. It's not a big brake upgrade, but it's better then nothing.

How about using like 3000gt brakes/rotors... I would think they'd be bigger?

If I found a braking system that could compare performance-wise and stop me in close to the same distance as the APs would, and I could buy it with the money I got from selling the calipers, I'd jump on it. However it looks like I'm going to have to eat the cost of new pads/rotors, or sell the calipers. That's why it'd be an easy choice if I knew a 3rd party vendor that sold them cheaper than Stillen.
I guess then one could ask "what do you really want to stop that fast for?".
