Anyone use an HKS/OnGreenPerformance divided T4 with any success?

Bumping as well. Canadian, do you still run or have the OnGreen manifold? I'm really interested in twin-scroll cast manifolds and this OG/HKS ones seem to be the only ones that fit our engines. I saw somebody mentioning the Evo 8/9 one but that would require deletion of AC/PS/Alt.

I bit the bullet and ponied up for a Morrison Fab manifold and downpipe, although the OG T4 has been used recently by someone else. I should note that the OG manifold needs work on the wastegate section to maintain the TS properties - I really think it's only suitable for TS T4s on IWG EFRs, since the wastegate port isn't in the best spot and will require a sophisticated pipe if a single wastegate is to be used.It will work fine on an open T4 turbo if you don't want to modify it.

Thanks for coming back on this. I have an idea that I think a skilled enough welder/fabricator can do, and that is to extend the wastegate's split up to the flange, then fab up an extension pipe which is also split in two in the center to retain the twin scroll capability. But I doubt I can find another OG manifold anytime soon.

when I did mine I didn’t think of this concept. Nice job

I snagged a super99 recently with the incredibly rare divided T4 turbine housing. My first thought was to get this manifold to pair with it, another thing I have been dreaming about forever but never had a reason to own.

First thoughts. The design is amazing. The casting is smooth and you can tell it will last forever - assuming the 'ology is right (high nickel content or whatever). No welds to crack, price is awesome, flanges flat, tight packaging with not much trade-off. The wastegate flange on mine caters to both sides of the divided T4 outlet. It's probably 40/60 on flow, but very workable. Also, the division of the T4 flange goes all the way through and correctly splits things up. It doesn't seem like whoever copied it just made it divided and it doesn't seem like an add-on. It all passes as very, very correct. The only problem I see is the shape of the divided T4 flange leaving some to be desired:

Now this gasket fits 99% perfectly on my FP turbine housing and another housing I had access to, so it is a very accurate representation of what should be going on here. Will it bolt together, yes. Will it seal, yes. Will it function as twin scroll still, yes. I am probably the most anal MF ever about dialing in things perfectly and having perfect flow. Unfortunately, porting here won't help. I will be sourcing a 3/8" flange to use between the turbo and manifold to have my way with so the transition is perfect.

As for the wastegate issue and 'what was HKS thinking', well, here is what they were thinking. The wastegate upsidedown-? was probably on none of our minds. There is a straight connection going from the manifold to the wastegate, I would guess 6", and it looks to be basically 2 flanges with a flex section acting as pipe between.

Overall, a fantastic manifold. It checks every box. Seriously an art piece as the function and form is top notch. It's so good that I'll probably buy another and look for the smallest divided T4 turbo available to make it make sense on a street driven 2.0.

I've actually had this manifold on my car since ~2012 (I bought it in 2007). According to the lore when I bought it, it came from Rau's car back when it was AWD. It's tapped for individual EGT, though I've never run that.

I took the car apart and sold the 2.0 in '18 and I've had 'life' in the way of my 2.4 project so it's been sitting on a shelf for too long 😢
