Anyone seen a semi-gloss black 2g?

I am planning on repainting my 98 GST (which is currently black) but its terrible looking because its all faded and cracked and has "ghosts" of sponsor stickers all over it. I built a 12v cummins truck a little while back and used an industrial Semi-Gloss black paint on it... and it came out pretty awesome. Has anyone ever done their car in semi-gloss black? I have never seen one and I would like to see it on the car before I commit to doing it.
Industrial paint is also cheap and more durable, I painted my whole truck for $500.

Here is my truck so you have an idea of what I'm thinking about. The bottom is rhino-lined so its is pretty much flat-black, but I am not planning on doing that to the car... haha

Any pictures would be awesome, or just feedback on the idea.

Oh... and I have bright blue powder-coated rims.. that I don't want to have to redo, so keep that in mind.

Semi gloss black would be cool. With that rim choice though, I might pick a green, or blue on blue.

These are the rims, and my car, I like them blue (even though bright rims aren't really my style) because you can actually see the shape of the rim. When these are black you cant even see them, and I don't want to pay to have the recoated, and NO I will not paint them. :)

So imagine this car in semi-gloss black like my truck and thats what I'm thinking.

I like it just how it sits. I'm not one for wheels painted bright colors but it definately goes on that car

Yea duplicolor semi gloss black. Hit it real quick with some mothers and wax but I have to get my hands on a buffer and really spend some time on it. I used about a can a panel to make sure it was good and thick. I used several coats for each panel though not just 2 or 3 heavy coats.

I think that semi-black looks great on ## ride. I was thinking about going with something like that but I was going to try it out with sonic blue or something a little darker than the sonic blue.

Not bad looking cars, besides the bass ackwards intercooler... ;) haha

I am not a huge fan of bright colored rims either, but with the sponsor stickers they look good.
If anyone wants that car I need to sell it now :(
