Can anyone tell me what this connector is for?? I already look at the 2g engine bay connectors thread. I didn't see it there

Well, I guess you got the title somewhat better. The thread still lacks better pics and any more info (plug location, wire colors, etc.). Provide some of this info so we can help more.

Just because the pin retainer is a different color from the picture you see in the electrical connections thread doesn't mean it's not a match. You've got to use wire color, plug location, and potentially pin out the plug to the ECU to figure it out.
 
Car is currently suffering from a no crank no start

I will dig more into in the morning.
I will also start fresh on the research just to make sure I didn't miss anything obviouse
 
Wire colors are
Blue/black
Blue/red
Black
Green/black
It's right under shifter cable

Everything for starter is hooked up
Good starter. I tested the signal wire with key in start position and I'm getting no voltage
 
For no crank no start
All connections to starter are good
I used jumper wire from tab on solenoid to battery positive and it was turning the engine.
Good starter
Good battery
Good ignition switch
I tested the signal wire with key in start position and was getting no voltage
