Alright, well I posted a while ago and got some responses, but not quite what I needed. I took some pictures that I will load soon of my friends 420a eclipse slave cylinder and fork (his is on his car and working) and mine (off the car, worked before I put the new clutch in). My problem is I can't get the piston from the slave cylinder to get in the fork and still bolt the slave to the tranny. It seemed as if my fork would only go half way, when in reality when you push the clutch it should go all the way to the right (if you are looking down at it) and it rests in the middle when the clutch is engaged. If anyone has any tips on why or how this is please let me know. Thanks.

This makes no sense to me. Are you saying that you can not bolt the slave cylinder back to the transmission with the rod in the clutch fork end? If that is your problem, open the bleed screw and compress the rod into the slave cylinder. Then, bolt the slave cylinder up and pump the clutch some.

Make sure that the clutch pedal isn't sitting on the floor. You should be able to compress the slave by hand in order to get it to bolt up to the transmission.

its a modular clutch (the flywheel, clutch disk, and pressure plate are all one unit that does not come apart). Any to the second post yes i was having trouble bolting it up. I tried to open the bleeder and compress the piston in, but It was really hard to get it to go in all the way, but now i am waiting for a new TOB because the other one chipped on the back :(
