Anybody use prosport clear lense gauges?

Alright so the time has come to look into buying a few gauges. I really like what I have been hearing about the prosports MINUS wiring the tinted lense ones for the 2 colors. I found that prosport started making clear lense gauges with the white/amber series. First off, in the day time can you see the gauges while not lit up? I would like to have the amber colors for night and a simple wire job would easily accomplish that. Anybody with experience with these clear lense prosports?

I'd go with autometer ultralite II but thats just me.

I just recently installed a Glowshift tinted oil pressure gauge and it was very easy to get everything working right.

Ummm so has anybody used the clear lense prosport gauges?

Go check youtube. I think there are a few demos with the clear lenses.

All I could find were the premium gauge series which looked tinted.

I've got a clear and I also have a tinted gauge. The tinted is boost and the clear is oil pressure. The clear looks great, it has the blue look until I turn my lights on then it goes to amber so it matches the rest of my dash gauges at night. But during the day you cannot tell it's lit up because of the sunlight, but it is clearly visible. You can old tell it's blue at night. I have mine mounted below the radio though in my 1g, so that could make a difference if you're looking at it eye level on a pilar pod.

Alright sweet. I plan on getting boost, oil pressure, and oil temp for now.
