Anybody else have probs with VRS Turbo back exhaust w/ o2 elimnator?

Well I have 3 inch Turboback o2 elimnator exhaust on my 1g and the only problem I have with it is that the o2 elimnator is so big I cant fit my oil filter on the car anymore, I had to get a relocator kit for it. I baked one of the lines with the exhaust and almost seized the engine (luckily stopped to get gas before all the oil was gone). I also noticed that the flange thats between the o2 elimnator and the downpipe uses a 2hole type flange and not the 3 hole type that I have seen on other cars with the vrs exhaust. Just wanna see if anyone else has had issues? Thanks!

I can manage to get a 2g filter on mine, but it's pretty tight. I may bang a big dent in the DP so I can get a real filter on there.

I havent had that probally on my 91, just the fact its a real pain to get a wrench on them bolts. comapared to a 2 hole set up;

Get an oil filter for the 3000GT. I have a custom 3" O2 housing/Tial 38mm dump tube and the 3000gt oil filter fit perfect (for the o2 housing so far ). And if that's too big, get an evo VIII oil filter. They are tiny as hell but I've heard that they work, and the threads are the same. It's really small though, so I don't know if it'd hurt anything.
