any thoughts on a few problems

1995 talon awd with a 6 bolt also its auto. So iv been having some problems after my 6 bolt swap. I didn't drive the care much before the 7 bolt messed up under 100 miles. First when I turn the key to run no power goes to the starter wire. It does leave the starter relay. any ways I can jump this and get the starter to turn over. this will get it to crank. but I have no power to the ecu this is because I have no power to my mpi relay so I jumped it and put power to pin 4 and 8 now my computer comes on and fuel pump aswell. The ecu fuse under the hood is good and power leaves the fuse box wires broke some where im guess. So now with the car off I have a lot of dash lights. When I use my jumper wire to crank it it will start and runs fine. when I turn the key off it still runs I have to shut the wire off I have going to the mpi relay. so im bypassing the switch but the switch works and I've tested the voltage that leaves its good. I have no problem running a fuse wire and switch for the mpi relay. But id like to get peoples thoughts? its running a 1g cam sensor that the owner before me put on aswell.

I would start by checking the positive battery cable wires. And all the fuses including the ones in the car before Mickey mousing stuff.

all the battery cables are good going to the starter and the fuse box power leaves the box fine. All of the fuses under the hood and the dash are good also the even inline fuses are good that's what iv checked first. and I don't want to rig it up that's why im trying to get help.

Have you checked your ignition switch.check make sure power exits on acc/run and start.

power does exit when it should on acc and run. just to make sure iv tried 2 brand new switch's with new lock cylinders. The result was the same.
also I just rigged it up to make sure it ran I did a total rebuild down to bare block new bearings 6 bolt rods on 7 bolt pistons, 7 bolt head with new valves and I wanted to make sure it ran.

Check the chassis ground and the ecu grounds behind the passenger kick panel.

I checked the grounds from the ecu pins and they all came back good. ill keep checking my next day off. Im off for now if any on has any other ideas to check leave them please thank inthemidst for the ideas.

Last thing if it happened right after the swap.check by underneath the fuse block by the intake their is a big plug with about 10 wires make sure that's plugged in.
