I've searched this issue for literally the past 3 months and nothing. This is the first video I could get of it and its relatively crappy. This is on the softer side too, there have been times were it drops down to 400-300 rpm. this is what happens:

All I do is come to a stop. Not a heavy stop or anything and it starts chugging like it's gonna die. The lights dim and it acts like it's missing but I literally check the spark plugs every time I do an oil change (every 2500-3000 miles) and every time they come out looking great. the wires I'm running are the Nology hotwires and they have been great to me. this problem started before the new wires as well. In the video it looks very unison but this happens very randomly, sometimes it'll level off at a nice idle and then just start "missing" again. As soon as I step on the gas again it runs perfect. I was told at one point to check the vacuum hoses and everything has been replaced by me within the last 10,000 miles or so so there are no issues with them. Any thoughts?
P.S. timing is on
