I was getting ready to install my wideband and noticed this tucked in the gap under the cd player. It goes to a little box on the clutch side with more wires spliced into different locations.

It's the stock radio, the other side is just plastic with Velcro

That there is a class 3 government issue tracking device used for surveillance and tracking of known dangerous felons while out on parole. I wouldn't do too much with it since once disconnected you will have a barrage of police and SWAT at your door within 15 minutes.

I bet his heart starts racing for awhile the minute he unplugs it....due to the slim chance it really is a tracking device placed there by the government....who are now reading this post since I mentioned there name haha.
