Hey guys. Any idea on what manifold and turbo this might be? Deciding what is under the hood of this car is worth messing with or not. Thanks!

SFP manifold, no clue on the turbo from that blurry photo from 6 feet away but it's being oiled wrong.

That whole engine bay is confusing- two crappy blow off valves that collectively won't work as well as one TiAL, a Venom (or Venom knockoff) intake manifold, and radiator hose clamps on the intercooler piping couplers.

Looks like you definitely took on someone else's project? If the motor is healthy and car is in decent shape, it's worth it. Just depends on what your looking to do to the car.
