I mentioned it to Kris today when we were lifting and he looked like he died inside when he realized I was right.

Even if we were caged and padded there's a lot more that we'd need, 5-point harnesses, driveshaft loop, aftermarket axles (not sure how they'd tech this?), and a fire retardant jacket. To say the least, it looks like I need to start buying the above rather than spending money on parts to go faster. Damn.

harness ( within specified dates ), DS loop, you would need two if you have a split shaft still, and jacket is all i would worry about.

the aftermarket axles... unless you tell them you dont have them there really is no way to tech that unless they want paper work. and for normal Test and tune nights you could probably get away with no DS loops.

the fire jacket, loop, harness and cage would definatly be downers for how fast you guys are moving.

Looks like you got some stuff to do... or turn down the boost =(

Turning down the boost and doing runs is still beating on the car and not worth it to me, trying to go as fast as possible on the stock 7-bolt and a TD05 turbo. I'm still going to Barona on Saturday I just won't be leaving with a shit eating grin on my face, unfortunately.

I'm not sure how many were planning on coming to Barona Saturday morning but we'll be there, just not in the driverseat.

So went to the Junk Yard:
1 NT 2g Talon, decent condition minus jacked seats
1 NT 1g Eclipse, So So condition, Yanked the throttle body off...

one of the plugs on the throttle body is broken, but it looks like i can take the plug off my 2g and swap them... is this true? Pics later this afternoon

Mike, he was being sarcastic about them not being military friendly because its a military sanctioned event for those that live in Lincoln Military Housing. Kris and I took 1 step forward and two steps back getting his car back together last night, running into all sorts of headaches. The biggest one was getting the downpipe bolted up to the o2 housing, after about 3 hours of attempting bolting it up we ended up pulling the o2 housing and that was where we stopped. His car should start before Monday though, if Kris has anything to do with it...

Is this broken plug fixable by swapping with my 2g plugs?

No galants that I saw, but there were like 7 3000gt on the lot
