Antilag doesn't seem to build boost

So My anti lag doesn't seem to build boost.
Timing set to 5.5* ATDC enriching fuel 10*.
40% throttle @ 4000 rpm. Launch limit 5k.

I hit anti lag right around 30 seconds into the log.

I really need to update my file as I haven't been on for awhile.
This is Link V2.
1990 AWD Talon, FP88HTA, forged internals, 9.0:1 Ross pistons, and all the supporting bits.
If you want to know more about the set up just ask.
Anyways, this log is on 92 octane, MBC set to about 20 psi, can make 24 psi without knock.

As you can see, it built 1.4* knock, however it seems to only be right when I put my foot on it, not sure though. In others I had 2.1* of knock, but it'd go away just as quick, so the knock CEL would just be like a flash.

Should I be changing the timing or the fuel?

Do you have any pre turbo exhaust leaks? I have not used antilag, only 2 step, but maybe the load is not enough to build boost. Tried raising the rpms?

I used 2step and built boost at like 3000rpms. I would think anti lag is the same no?

It's the Launch Limit on the RPM/TPS screen.

is anti lag and 2 step the same as a studdorbox setup or completely different? i have mine setup at 5500 and it builds right at 10 lbs

You are going to need to sit on the 2step a little longer than a second to see any boost building from it. Remember that larger turbo is not going to build boost from just tapping the gas.

I'm assuming you are trying to do this with the launch control. I would set the antilag to enable a little closer to the launch rpm's. ( Just a personal preference )


Looking back at the log, the first spot I see an attempt to use the launch control it says 15% TPS. Put your foot to the floor and let the thing work. Can't expect the car to do anything if you are scared to press the gas

Okay, well to save myself, that 15% blip wasn't an anti-lag attempt.
But still, it's something I've dumped a bunch of money into and I'm afraid to be hard on it a bit. :/
I'll just shut up and do it then.

Do you have a wideband? I don't see one being logged. I know how you feel about bumping money into it but shit it's what you built if for right?
