I am having problems starting my 93 talon.
quick rundown.
Ecmlink v3
4bar map
FIC 1450 cc
e85 global at 52.4 an dt at 620 (seamed to run the best once wormed up.)
twin wallys in the tank
SMIM with Q45

It cranks and cranks till my battery dies. I then go to jump start it and it pops and tries to fire after cranking for about 5-10 min (off and on)

IT will then start up and sound like its missing for a few seconds then it will idle out perfectly and run grate.
I let it sit for 4 hours and it fired right up fine, but I let it sit over night and this happens.

Mind you, this happens in 50 60 degree weather so I don't think that its temp issue.
I m scared to drive it and leave it some ware over night and come to it and have it not start in the morning.

What can I try /look at /fix?? THANKS!! This car is starting to annoy me. Makes me want to switch back to regular fuel.

I read some ware about putting a few gallons of premium in the tank too??

I can get one later today. Its running SD
I also swaped out plugs from 8's to 7's thinking it would help.
I might need to invest in some e85 testers to make sure the fuel im getting is pure....

and once it starts ( being jump started

and once its running

and one 3rd gear log.

here is me cranking it on the first log

I'm curious why you have the SDTempWeighting values zeroed out when you have an IAT sensor.

What's with the really lean values in the upper left of your MaxOct table?

Nothing is really jumping out at me in the logs. Have you checked all the normal "no start" electrical components that can cause issues?

I pulled my pumps yesterday to inspect my wiring and everything and it all looked good.
I also checked my stainless filter and it looked good.
Also put new e85 in it from a diff source. ( local coop instead of convent store.)

I leaned it out a bunch thinking the fuel was not atomizing when it was spraying out of the injectors. It did not help much so I'm going to change it back.

I have the sd temp weighting zeroed out and was using the coolant temp to auto adjust them. What is the best way to start setting them up? Maybe this could be part of my issue.

I think the next step is going to be to drain the tank. Fill up with 93 change my global fuel settings to eliminate it being the fuel source.

Im going to try to start it on my lunch break to see what it does.
