ECMlink 2g with ecmlink v3 wont start

i have an A/T 99 eclipse GST with a 6 bolt swap and it was running fine on the stock ecu. now i got ECMlink v3 (95 eprom ecu) full installed and it wont start. my laptop communicates with it just fine and i reverted everything to stock on the new ecu. stock injectors with 0:0 adjustments for global and deadtime. stock fuel trims and timing advance also. i tried adjusting the cam sensor to move timing but cant find a sweet spot where it will start. i have inverted cam signal on because it is a older cps. stock maf is selected and no aftermarket sensors to mess it up. suggestions?

Have you swapped the spark plug wires?

well switching the spark plug wires would be the samething as inverting the cam signal would it not? iv tried normal cam signal and inverted still with no luck

will try tomorrow. hopefully will fix it

No, it is not the same thing.

If you've read about people swapping injector wires at the ECU, that's the same thing as swapping plug wires. But the CAS signal needs to be done in conjunction with the swapped plug wires.
