Another greddy rs bov ?

Ok i just got my greddy rs bov, uicp, 550 injectors, s-afc, evo 3 big 16g, 190 fuel pump, and my car tuned. My bov sounds like its compressor surge so im wondering which way to adjust it, am i supposed to harden or soften it to get it from surging?? thanks

You want to soften it if it is surging on you.
