I recently installed the greddy hard pipes and type rs bov. Now when I started the car and checked for proper bov function it checked out ok. I left it at the softest setting. I took the car for a baby ride down the street and noticed alittle compressor surge at low rpm throttle closure,so I made sure it was at the softest setting and it was. I ended up having to take the small spring out wich helped with the surge. My car runs about 18inhg in park and 16 in drive. I am using a maft setup with 3"maf. venting to atmosphere. Now to the real problem with mbc removed using stock bcs my little t25 will start boosting 15 to 20 psi on my gauge at a low rpm and part throttle and in turn fuel cuts. I used the new vacum line that came with the bov oh and my a/f gauge pegs itself at lean and wont budge. So then I put the leaky oem 2g bov back on and the car runs as it should. Its almost like the oem is bleeding off to help stabilize air counts and the rs doesnt let loose till you close that throttle. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I did try to search for other posts with this problem with no real luck.
