Alright guys i am building my 6 bolt, and will be doing the swap next week. I have a few questions about the swap though. I am using the 2g head and fuel injection, therefor i will be using the 2g thermostat housing. Now if i use the 6 bolt water pump, will the 2g waterpipe match the 6 bolt water pump, or can i use a 7 bolt pump. Also can the 2g timing belt cover be used. I was also wondering if the powersteering and ac brackets and alternator brackets from the 7 bolt motor will fit the 6 bolt motor. Also i am wondering if i am gonna need the crank timing sprocket for the 6 bolt. Thanks for any information that you might have.

You will need to use a 6-bolt water pump, but your 7-bolt water pipe will still fit in it just fine.

The 2g timing belt cover will work, but it will require lots of trimming. I'd just pick up a 6-bolt one.

Your AC will bolt right on the back of the 6-bolt block just as it did on your 7-bolt, as well as the power steering and alternator brackets.

You will need the notched timing plate that fits on the crank, but any 4g63 crank sprocket will work.
