2G Annoying Loud Clunk Noise When Opening Door 45 Degrees

I believe the plastic arm is really bad because the driver door is hard to open and makes a loud thump sound when opened half way.

I am confused on what part to replace and buy though. I searched and couldn't find a step by step repair for this..

Mine is the same, its the plastic part in the 2nd link (ebay) ive yet to actually do the job but its the main body that makes the noise from what i heard
