Basically I have 3 12 inch subs which are rated at the following.

8 ohms
150 RMS
400 Peak

They are wired in parallel so 2.67ohms. Basically I can't seem to find a suitable amp for my application. I usually go to sonicelectronix.com for my stuff. Anyone know exactly what I need? Or an amp that would work perfect? Thanks

Basically you have a couple of options. Two of which I can think of which would be best would be to purchase two amps. Option (1) being a two channel amp and the other a single channel amp. That is if you have two output rca pairs on back of radio. If not then u can slice/combine some to make it work. Or option (2) being to purchase a four channel amp and either leaving out a channel or bridging channels together. Either way will work. If u have Q's let me know.

Try crutchfield.com for ideas but dont buy there. Very expensive, find what you want then hit ebay.

I would just use 2 of them that will bring them to 4 0hms then find an amp that puts out the power you need at 4 ohm.

If they're actually wired in series, the amp is seeing a higher ohm load than 8...either 24, or 32. Wired parallel, the amp would see a 2 ohm load. There are a ton of amps on the market that are 2 ohm capable. You'd probably be better off finding a mono sub amp capable of a 2 ohm load.

Possibly something like this.
