The SS/AC kit I already suggested is an excellent kit for the money. However, if you are only going with a T28 setup you could get away with just an upgraded SMIC (I recommend the HRC SMIC or the Supra SMIC). That said, I'm not so sure a T28 will be able to meet your goal of 350hp.

Actually its the transmission cooler i was experiencing that common problem that most automatic dsms have. The famous limp mode so i had to upgrade that becuase the start would go to limp mode whenever the transmission fluid got hot. and i dont plan on moving up from a t28 anytime soon and i dont want a side mouth i want FMIC!

man the way you mounted that really looks awkward...just get a SS Autochrome FMIC and a few mandrel bent pipes.. I did my FMIC and this is what i got

2x 90 degree bend
2x 45 degree bend
2x straight pipe
1x 180 degree bend
get a few couplers and clamps..

I did mine and I had a few extra pipes leftover..so most likely you will not need all the pipes but it doesn't hurt to have a few extra..

but by the looks of it you will need a new front bumper cover....

her is a pic of how i did mine.

did you cut any of your pipes. Its universal so you were going to have to cut some of the pipes. I went same route and mine looks bad ass

quite possibly the ugliest front mount job Ive ever seen.. And the front mount tranny cooler just makes it even more haggard.

If your not planning on going over 400 you might try looking @ a dejon powerhouse big sidemount. I just got one not to expensive ($411) but fits right in with a little manuvering. It's good for up to 400 crank i belive but perfect for the t28. Plus keeps er sleepin :)
Credits to riceoverwheat for pointing me towards that;)

I got a turbo xs fmic off ebay for like 165 shipped and then got a universal kit from another ebay auction, one of those that build's your own kit. Worked out well for 111 shipped. Then I could tell him what parts I needed with clamps and couplers. All silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps. My car is routed same as yours except mine is the 420a motor.

WOW! $411 for a SMIC..I paid 100 including shipping for the FMIC and $140 for all my stainless steel piping and couplers..I orginally had the universal kit with the aluminum pipes but it'll bend easily if you over tighten it so thats why i went with the SS pipes.

good luck:thumb:
