I have a '97 RS with 120K miles on it. The motor was rebuilt at 100K. I have replaced the thermostat, altenator, axles, hubs, alt. & timing belt, water pump and several other things. Call me paranoid, but I have a list of things I want to replace (or add) soon so take a look and tell me if there is something else you suggest that I forgot. This is just to keep the car running in great shape.

1. O2 sensor (I believe there are 2, right?)

2. oil pump

3. fuel pump

4. radiator

5. brake lines (once I do drum to rotor conversion)

6. tranny cooler

When I buy things like new oil pump or radiator, will they come with new lines/pipes also? Any advice or things to add will be appreciated.

In my opinion if its not broken dont fix it for some of these things. Like I'm sure your o2 sensors are not the originals that came on the car and have 120k miles on them. no need to replace those unless there not working properly.

preventative maintenance better safe then sorry.
 
It doesn't matter if the o2 sensors haven't been changed in 10 years. They either work, or they don't. There isn't an inbetween that would be noticeable for the daily driver. Oil pumps rarely go out in any car, and there is no need to change out yours until your oil pressure starts getting lower and lower. Fuel pump is whatever you want to do, fuel pumps suck. Litterally.
Radiator, there's no point. Flush yours out and call it a day.
Changing out these parts on a whim is not preventative maintenance. It's more like, burning money. It's working, leave it alone. It's broke, fix it.
