Has anyone replaced an alternator pulley? I had a rock hit my belts and killed my alt pulley. I got a new one from AEM but I just need some pointers on how to put it on without hackin it.

Take the alt completely out of the car, then get an air gun to break the nut free. If you dont have air tools it wont be easy. then get a pulley puller and put it on the stock pulle and after a few cranks it should come right off. Then all that is lesft is to put the new pulley on and crank it down with the gun

Ziggy is right, I just did one today at work. Air impact wrench is the way to go.

I hope you aren't putting on a full underdrive system. I'm too lazy to do a search this late, but if you search you'll find a big discussion on the faults of an underdrive system (i.e. the lack of a harmonic dampener). Check it out, your engine will thank you.
