Niagara Falls,
Alright, so, when I bought the car, the horn didn't work, I new that and I think I know what the problem is. When I hit the horn buttons, the fuse box underneath the hood clicks, so, I think the relay is broke, I just need a new one, BUT, not just the horn is messed with but, no highbeams, no passenger side corner light, turn signals and daytime running lights work. Also, on the dash, SRS light and engine light are always on. I know the reasoning for the SRS, that's because the effin guy that had it before me snipped the air bag wiring, retard!! So, anyone know where I should start, should I just take it to a shop and say, fix it, LOL. I wanna do it myself but I've done as much as I can by myself. No clue why the high beams don't work nor the corner light, the mulit meter says no power, but now what, this is crap. :talon:

check the fuse box under the hood -- both relays and fuses.
for the CEL - get the code read and see whats up.

Are you sure you acualy have a horn on the car ? (alot of people remove them)

The corner light is most likely either burned out or it's socket is all rusted/corroded. If the low beams work, try pulling back the spring loaded dimmer switch when the headlight switch is off. If the high's come on while holding back, your hi/lo dimmer switch is faulty. If not, the high beams are burnt out or you have a wiring (or wire to ground) problem. You can check if the high beams work by turning headlights on and grounding the solid red (not red/blue) wire at the headlight [or the solid red at pin 6 (on end of row with 4 wire slots) of the dimmer switch connector].
