All gears start popping out in one day?

My transmission has been acting weird, all of a sudden within 2 days almost all gears start popping out except for 5th gear. But only right when i let off the gas. I pop my hood and see my upper tranny mount is missing 3 nuts. its held on my 2 right now and i notice its been knocking a little. I guess they just came loose? Ive never touched them. Could that be my problem? I understand gear faces being worn usually cause gears to pop out. But all in one day just start happening and im missing mount nuts. COuld this be the problem?

I shouldn't have to say this, bu you should replace the missing nuts and bolts, then try it again.

right after i made this post i tried that, the studs are stripped, i guess there were never and nuts on there, the nuts simply wont go on, now i needa drop my tranny and get these studs fixed...damnit
