One of my buddies in VA says some places offer a set price like 100 and you can get your car aligned as many times as you want for a year. Has anybody in NY heard of this,i don't think places like mavis, midas, offer such as thing?

nope, never heard of it. but how many times do you really need to get your car aligned in one year? most just get it aligned when you put new tires on (atleast at dealership i work at) or if they apparently dont have the skill to avoid the big a## potholes here. 4 wheel alignments are only like $65 @ my place of employment.

i am asking casue i dont know yet if i need acamber kit so i was gonna get it aligned, find out if i need them, if i do install it,then i heard after you install camber kit you have to align it again.

some places might charge a smaller fee to just set car up on alignment machine. If you let them know your concerns they might do that and if its out enough that it needs a camber kit or will be close they might not touch anything until you bring it back with camber kit on it. Another option is just go with a front end align. (we charge $35 i think) and have them get it close and if they cant do it without the camber kit. put that on and bring back in for a front end align. so it'll come out to around $70 for both alignments.
If you check with a smaller shop they might be able to work a deal out with you, you just have to ask.
