I have a Forrester intake mani with stock tb.
The forrester have 4 vac ports, 1 large and 3 small. I have an aem map sensor that I would like to place in the intake. Can I use the 3 ports on mani for wastegate/mbc, fpr, and map and use one of the tb ports for bov?

I would give your bov its own source off of the intake. Your boost controller and waste gate should source off of the turbo. I have my omni 4 bar teed to my pcv line as close to manifold as possible, bov, afpr with boost gauge teed into it and brake booster.

O.p. don't forget you need a port for the brake booster. Then fpr, map, bov and your Pcv if you run it or have it vent to a catch can. You can use the TB maybe for boost gauge as long as its vaccum just make sure you check. The large port on the intake is most likely for the brake booster and the others can be for your fpr, bov, map.

I have the large one going to the brake booster, as said above that leaves me with 3. I need 4. I have the following fpr, map, bov, wastegate. I don't have PVC or any vacs off the turbo.

Can I use a tb nipple for bov?

Your wastgate doesn't go to the intake manifold bro! So that gives you enough for what you need. Your wastegate should get a boost source either from the compressor cover or jpipe and then if you have a mbc it gets t'd into those 2, make sense?

I'm not using a stock frame turbo, I don't have a boost source from turbo. It's a FS 635.

My wastegate goes to intake with mbc tee into in this scenario correct?
Or do I need a nipple on the licp?

That may be but you still need a boost source for the wastegate not vaccum. So yes you need to make a source for it on the licp. You can either get a barb fitting/nipple and tap it into the comp cover or to the licp. The only part that might go into the turbo's inlet would be mbc breather or vent if it has one. But that doesn't go to the intake manifold it goes to the turbo inlet, what your air filter is attached to ya know! So if there's a port on the TB that is before the plate you could use that. But its much better to tap it on the cover so you have instant supply for the wastegate to see.
