afc 1?????

I just wanted to know if a vafc 1 is about the same thing as a safc I know the vafc has a vetech controller in it which I wont need to hook up but is everything else the same I know my buddy had a vafc in his talon with his t3t4 setup and seemed to work fine

I ran A VAFC in my gs and it worked just fine, You just leave the v-tech wire and don't hook it up.

I don't believe it will work from what I understand. Honda's use a MAP sensor, and 1g's use a Karman sensor. There is no option to change to a Karman Vortex input on the VAFC.

Just telling you what I've read, and heard in the past. I also read throught the entire VAFC manual, and nowhere does it make mention of Karman metering like the SAFC manual. I guess install at your own risk. The worst you can do is fry the VAFC and/or the ECU.

I'm sorry I just realized I had A AFC Neo in my car. from What I have searched you can use the VAFC but you will have problems because there is no setting to change it to karman on the VAFC, You will probably need A SFAC or AFC Neo
