Aerocatch latches, where does this car have it mounted????

All of them look good! We removed the center hood bumpers and had the mount installed there. Worked great.

Yeah like I said, I don't think it would work well with the stock style hood, but in the case of my vented hood, they would not have fit the profile of the hood in the placement you put yours. I do however have the OEM CF hood as well, and can see that I will be rethinking my placement of hood pins on that hood if I decide to ever put it back on.

97 do you have any pics of that setup? I think I have seen a car like that but it would be nice to see it again, I may consider that setup for my OEM CF hood!

They are definitely the only style of hood pin I will ever use though, well worth the cost!

I just did mine this weekend.
Measure 40 times cut once!

Nice, has anyone installed the flush plus set? The ones that install from the bottom of the hood? I have them and am trying to mount but having some problems making them flat at the radiator. Mind you these are goin on the Evo style vented cf hood. Any pics would be awesome.

They are available off the shelf in white.
I looked into the flush, plus set before I bought mine. Having the bolts around the perimeter of the latch without the flange makes the bolts look out of place. I understand that these can be epoxied to the underside to eliminate the need for bolts, however, I don't run the factory latch anymore. I don't trust any epoxy that much.
Someone could make a killing if they laminated the latches in while making the hoods though...
