I don't curretly have any logging program, and I'm lookin to install my aem wideband, from the other threads i have read was getting mixed review. Will it act as a narrow band since I don't have a logger or program? And if only narrowband will it just be a light show or will it actualy show me correct A/F ratio And specifically what wires to where for a 1g? Am I just leaving the blue/white wire Unhooked? Thanks guys

Is there a specific write up thread on how to install in location of stock o2 with no tuning( I.e. Dsmlink) or data logger.

Thanks

Leave your stock o2 sensor alone and get a o2 bung on your downpipe of your exhaust is all you need to do.

ok, but hooking up only the Positive and Negative will make it run as a "wideband" and show real time A/F ratios or again just a light show without a tuning program? sorry for all the questions, I won't have tuning program for a year or so, just want to make sure.

No matter how you hook it up it will show you the wb reading. You can hook it up and have it simulate narrowband from the o2 housing and it still will show the wideband reading on the gauge. You can also have a bung welded in your dp and place it there and it will still show the wideband reading on the gauge. Good luck
