AEM UEGO / SAFC Neo Tuning Help / Questions

Alright so I recently purchased and am waiting for an AEM UEGO Wideband O2 sensor, and I am also waiting for arrival of the SAFC Neo. I am currently in the predicament of figuring out how I am going to log and tune this. I am going to need help along the line for installing the AEM UEGO, SAFC Neo and after all of that comes my questions. I am wondering what I need for a pocket logger or type of logging, and what will be compatible with what i'm using. Any links or sites that have the install information would be great, and any help about the pocket logger would be great I'm trying to do my best here, because I know i'm not the greatest. Any help, thanks

Also a couple questions about the UEGO, I've heard of people installing it at either/or of the O2 sensors. I'm using a cat still and have heard I wont get accurate readings if you use it in the rear and have the cat as well.
