So i just finished installing the AFC Neo and i just wanna make sure things are right. I read the write up for SAFC-II and the ecu colors didn't match up. The RPM and Battery readings on the AFC work. The only thing i wanna make sure of is if i wired the MAF right. I took #10 pin out(MAF) and cut in half and spliced as needed. Is that right? How do i know if the AFC works? Right now im on stock 450's and getting ready for 680's. One last thing. My stock boost gauge(computer estimate) is stuck straight up. <- Thats why im making sure. I hate car electric :(

I ran a bad wire..... Boost Gauge problem solved.. Now for set up. I have 450 injectors in an automatic and its running like a pig. What should do to set it right? No logger right now, being shipped.

Problem Solved. Maybe its just me of the VFAQ write up has alot of flaws..... Crossed wires for the MAF. Thanks

I'm about to put the neo in my 4g64 could you right up what colors went where since they did not match up like the safc ii

The writeup for the SAFC/SAFC2 cannot be used when installing the Neo. The colors for power, ground, throttle, and rpm are the same, but for the Neo, the wire that goes to the MAS is black/white, the wire that goes to the ECU is brown/white. The orange light is the illumination wire for the display's backlight.

This and other installation instructions for A'PEXi products can be found here:

What write-up did you use? I want to see if it needs any correction/updates.

Mines a 1g :(. All i did was go to the VFAQ and compare colors and their functions. Do the same and just hope that the colors are right.
