I tried connecting for the first time today. I forgot my ups wire at the house, so I used a USB converter and ran the com port off the EMS to the serial port. I changed the com to com3, the only one which would do anything besides say couldn't connect.

All it does is say Querying ECU, and then does nothing. The status box says initializing coms, coms initialzed, online, offline. It turns on, then right back off, and just sit theres doing nothing and flashing ECU Offline in the lower corner.

USB converters work but they suck with the AEM so avoid them at all costs.
