ok guys i got some saved money for my new stuff,i would like to know what should i get now? im thinking to upgrade a turbo ,but i came up with two kind of choices one is Regular turbo an the other is Ball bearing tubo, what is the difference between bb turbo and the regular one, look at my profile and tell me maybe i should get something other ,not a turbo thanks alot

We'll need to know your goals before telling you whether or not the maft would be ok for you. The maft is ok for up to 650cc injectors. After that the timing advance gets abit out of hand. 650s can reach the outer limits of an evo3 16G turbo or around 400 hp. Which 16G do you have?

Journal Bearings vs. Ball Bearings

I'd get a bigger fuel pump for any turbo larger than any of the 16G choices. Also you're on a stock sidemount? If so you've not reached the potential of your current turbo. You 'll definately need more intercooelr w/ a bigger turbo. For shear performance, you're good on your exhaust if you have a flow through (non baffle) muffler and you have mandrel bends. Although you can get away w/ having a baffle muffler and crush bent pipes. I'd look at a better o2 housing if your running the stock 1g housing.

You're going to have serious traction issues. Lowering your car helps and looks good if done in good taste. You've done that. I'd be looking into an LSD even w/ the stock 14B if you were running that. You'd run .5 sec quicker or better w/ one. That and good sticky tires (not neccesarily drag radials). Wider is better you can only get away w/ about 225s before tire rub gets out of hand. Stiffer bushings and motormounts really helps wheelhop and the shocks suspension flexing done in a hard launch. This really helps FWD. More traction would get you MUCH more results out of your current turbo. Certainly if you're wanting to run a bigger turbo, more suspension/drivetrain work isa good investment. Unless you want to have the local dynoqueen only:D .
