I just purchased a 95 eagle talon with a 6 bolt.I took the cam cover off to look at the timing belt and at my surprise they are two adjustable cam gears on the stock cams.My question is can I tweak the cam gears to have a rough idle so it sounds as if my car is cammed. And if yes which cam and how many degrees and will that give any hp to my car.

Solution
dude, those cam gears were obviously put on there just for looks. you have to have a fancy dancy engine degree wheel in time in and degree those cam gears. absolutley do not mess with them. you will regret it. in fact i would try to find stock ones to put back on. the adjustable ones you gotta periodically check that the allen head bolts dont come loose. thost lil bolts need lock-tite. you gotta always double chech the bolt tightness and that the marks havent slipped once you get them degreed in. this is POINTLESS on stock cams.

trust me, dont mess with that crap man. and if you want your car to sound "cam'd" than buy some crower 272's like the rest of uss and do it right. if you got stockys soundin v8 camed you got problems
