Acting up a little

It doesn't seem to be much of a problem, but occasionally when i put the clutch in, the rpms don't fall. Like generally I shit at 3k when DD'ing, and sometimes the rpms stay at 3k when i put the clutch in, then shift and very slowly let the clutch back out to minimize the jerkiness. Every day when i put it in neutral to roll to a light, the tach will campout at 1.5k and then when i completely stop it drops to the normal 850. It does a lot of this ("rpm camping" at 3k) also after I go WOT and shift at 6k, along with rough starting for a day or two after.
any suggestions? could it be an injector that gets stuck open partially?

I would also like to know about this, except I'm only concerned about the 1.5k stop then drop to idle
