I'm wondering why there's a difference in the pedal feel between mine and my friend's DSM both equipped with a 2600. His is a 92 AWD and mine a 90AWD, we both have SS clutch lines but his pedal feels about half as heavy as mine. Is there a difference between the clutch master/slave cylinders that would cause this?

Maybe his slave/master's are worn more? Maybe he has air in the lines and yours is bled better?

maybe his is a newer PP than yours? supposedly the newer ones are softer for pedal feel.
Everyone says mine (same as yours if you are 6 bolt) is stiff but i don't think it really is very stiff at all. MAybe 35 40 lbs pressure.
